Stakkz Refund Policy

Subscription and Renewal

Your subscription for any Stakkz Plan, for which Stakkz charges a monthly, quarterly, or annual Service Fee, is effective for the period covered by your Stakkz Plan. It will continue upon your payment of the monthly, quarterly, or annual renewal Service Fee. Renewal Service Fees for your subscription will be automatically charged at the then-current rate to the credit card or other billing source authorized by you on the first day of each successive term until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • If you choose to discontinue your Stakkz Plan before the expiration of the then-applicable term for which you have already paid, you may cancel your subscription by contacting customer service at info@stakkz.credit.
  • If you cancel your Stakkz Plan during your billing term, your subscription and billing will terminate at the end of your billing term, and you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of your paid Service Fee.
  • If you decide to change your subscription level from a paid Stakkz Plan to a free Stakkz Plan, your paid Stakkz Plan will be terminated immediately; as a result, you will lose access to paid Stakkz Plan benefits, and you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of your paid Service Fee.

Renewal Service Fees

Please be aware that Stakkz reserves the right to change the Service Fee for any renewal term. Any changes in the Service Fee will be effective upon the renewal of your subscription.
